Hi, I’m Brooke Fontenot (font-e-no 😉).
As Christians our lives can become hectic and we get off track from what we truly believe is important. It can be discouraging with how far we get from our intended goal for our life. Sometimes our expectations are a little unrealistic and we need to know that we are not alone.
My hope is that through this blog you will be encouraged that you are doing okay or stretched in your faith. The Christian journey is not easy and you should not do it alone! Through this blog I help Christians find balance in their life, stretch their faith, and discover their place in the kingdom of God through encouragement, prodding, and humor.

I grew up in the church and accepted Christ as my savior at age 12. Although, I didn’t know what being a Christian really meant. I struggled for years trying to figure out what I was supposed to do. I thought being a Christian was following some rules and didn’t truly experience a personal relationship with Christ until I was 17.
It is through this journey that I have realized that there are so many other people that are going through what I did. They are either new Christians or have been Christians for years. I want to be intentional in making sure that people know how to be a Christian. It is not easy, but it is a great journey that should be done with other people.
